Cuisine: hotdogs

Kristen here! FatBeard’s Street Meat was a new discovery and one that was made completely by accident. I was attending the Naples Boat Show on a cold, rainy Saturday afternoon – and just as it started to pour on the dock, we found a hotdog tent. Little did we know that this hotdog tent would have some of the best hotdogs ever.
The owners of FatBeard’s were incredibly kind and let my friends and I use their tent to stay out of the rain. While we waited for the rain to pass, we actually got to talking and found out it really is a small world!
I grew up in Lehigh, which is in the eastern part of Lee County. The owner of FatBeard’s happened to be from Alva, which is also on that side of the county. It might not sound like much, but you often don’t find people from that part of the county all the way in south Naples! But enough about that. Let’s get to the hotdogs!
Hotdogs are among my list of favorite foods. I’m pretty picky about my dogs and I can easily say that FatBeard’s really lived up to my expectations!
First of all, if you are going to order from FatBeard’s Street Meat, definitely try these 2 things:

All in all, I am so happy we stumbled upon FatBeard’s and I cannot WAIT to have a hotdog from them again! If you happen to see them out and about, make sure to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
